Rental Rates
- Spring Season: Apr 11 2010 – Jun 12 2010 …. $120/night; $840/wk
- Summer Season: Jun 13 2010 – Sep 6 2010 …. $145/night; $1015/wk
- Fall Season: Sep 7 2010 – Dec 18 2010 …. $120/night; $840/wk
- Peak Season: Dec 19 2010 – Jan 8 2011 …. $175/night; $1225/wk; 2 week min stay
- Winter Season: Jan 9 2011 – Apr 9 2011 …. $165/night; $1155/wk
- Spring Season: Apr 10 2011 – Jun 11 2011 …. $120/night; $840/wk
- Rates based on 4 person occupancy. $10 per night for additional guests up to max of 5 occupants
- Five night minimum stay; Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more
- A $100 exit cleaning fee will be added to stays under 7 nights
- Room rate and cleaning fee subject to 12.41% Maui County Tax
- All rates and taxes are subject to change
Rental Policies
- $250 or 20% of the rental rate, whichever is greater, is required up front to secure a reservation
- Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival
- Reservations made within 45 days of arrival: Payment in full is due immediately
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Early check-ins and late check-out may be available upon request
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed
Security deposit
- A $250.00 Refundable Security Deposit is due with the final payment; $500 for rentals of 28 days or more
- Security deposit will be refunded after departure provided that all terms of the Rental Agreement have been met
Cancellation Policy
- A $100 processing fee is applied to all cancellations
- Cancellations must be made more than 45 days prior to arrival to guarantee any refund
- For cancellations received within 45 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained unless the unit is re-rented. If re-rented a pro-rated refund will be issued
- There are no refunds for no shows or shortened stays.
Long Stays
- The above terms apply to bookings of 4 weeks or less
- Bookings of more than 4 weeks are welcome but special terms apply
- Please contact owner if you interested in a long stay
